I’ve officially lost 100 lbs!
Well, 103 lbs to be exact :) My housemate and I bought a scale and it said 147 lbs so sometime within the past two months I hit the 100 mark!
OMG…I look almost exactly like her before (except shorter I think). AMAZING MOTIVATION!!!!

Day 4
I can almost get through the whole DVD without stopping. I wiiiish I was better at push-ups. I can do all of 7 modified in a row -_-
I can tell my endurance is building up, and that’s awesome to me!
Went on a brisk walk for 25 min for 1.35 miles (calculated by iMapmyRUN). I wanted to go further but this dog kept bothering mine.. Blah blah have to find a new route probably. Then worked my arms on the total gym. :) loving it!
Even tho i go through my dash religiously lol I don’t even remember my last post -_- but I’ve decided on a restart. I haven’t been eating bad, and I haven’t gained any weight back, but I haven’t been exercising either :/. So yesterday I lifted some weights and took my mom’s dog on a half mile walk. I’ve decided to also try out the Couch to 5k. I’ve never been big on running, but obviously what I’ve been doing isn’t keeping me motivated. Also been researching HIIT. I feel more motivated as of late and I feel a restart is just what I need!
Proud of myself so far this week. Eating has been good and I’ve stuck with my workouts. Today I worked my core on the Total Gym. Then I had a snotty lil wii fit tell me I have terrible balance lol. So I played Just Dance and Wii fit for around an hour.. Admittedly felt more of a workout from dancing. I’m going to start incorporating yoga to help with my balance. Yesterday I worked my legs, did a little Hip Hop Abs and Just Dance.
Unrelated note.. Very unhappy. I’m in such a foul mood and desperately need sleep.
